My name is Sara and I am studying a Master of Teaching Early Childhood at Flinders University South Australia.
I am studying part time and working full time.
I have been working in Early Childhood for 20 years and the opportunity to reflect on my experience with new perspectives is fascinating, challenging and rewarding.
This Blog has been set up to meet the requirements of my Master of Teaching Early Childhood Subject - Literacy and Numeracy Birth to Four.
It will include
- weekly reflections on readings I have chosen that relate to the subject and are of interest to me
- a portfolio of material that will support my learning, become a resource for the future and assist me to meet the criteria for assessment
It will also document my learning and understanding of Literacy and Numeracy for children Birth to Four and the implications of this learning for my practice.
